Ellis Brigham in Bond Street will be opening its doors once a month for a FREE Vinyasa Yoga session.

Vinyasa Yoga (or flow yoga) seamlessly strings together postures and movement by using breathing and is suitable for all levels and abilities. Taught by a fully qualified teacher, the induction session is free and after that classes will be £5.
